Borrowdale Gates is a beautiful country house hotel occupying three acres of wooded grounds at the head of Derwentwater in the heart of the Lake District. With such a spectacular setting, the new website needed to sell the destination and experience from the very first interaction. Accommodation and award-winning dining sit alongside the hotel's location as major reasons to visit, making rich imagery and inspirational destination content central to the project. At the same time, the website needed to remain commercially focused, giving potential guests a simple route from researching a Lake District break to checking availability and booking their stay.
