Bowson is a sales and letting agency based in Newcastle upon Tyne. The client aims to make property management, letting and investment a breeze. They asked us to rebrand the business along with a modern and future proof bespoke website re-design. The website required a fully bespoke property search system allowing for automatic back office property feed and a separate sales back office property listing system.

As part of our website design in Newcastle service, the website features a clean, modern, contemporary design that appeals to students, professionals and landlords instantly and creates an immediate connect. The result is a website that delivers a fabulous user experience. It makes property search easy and intuitive to ensure that the visitors find what they’re looking for easily, quickly and efficiently. We also built an API Property feed to make adding property details easy and quick. We also added an online payment feature to make it easy for their tenants to make payments. The client has been experienced excellent results from our redesign and proactive website management solutions.
