We worked with CDM Recruitment to build a bespoke website that helps in gaining more candidate and employers enquiries. We created a customised job search API feed that presents the jobs in an attractive and organised manner thereby helping in higher conversions. The bold and clean design creates an instant appeal and helps pique the curiosity of even the most casual of visitors. The search function on the header of the landing page helps them take action instantly which paves the way for higher conversions. The client has found substantial increase in candidate as well as employer enquiries after the redesign.
