Marley Homes required a completely new digital presence to introduce its brand and showcase a growing portfolio of high-quality residential developments across the North East. As a property developer, the website needed to sell much more than individual homes. It had to communicate the quality of the Marley Homes brand, introduce each development effectively and give prospective buyers the information and confidence they need when considering a new home. A highly visual approach was therefore essential, supported by a flexible website structure that could expand as new developments and properties became available.

Blue Shark created a contemporary new website for Marley Homes, designed around strong property imagery, spacious layouts and a premium visual style that reflects the quality of its residential developments. Individual development areas allow prospective buyers to explore locations, properties and supporting information while providing clear routes through to enquiries. Built using WordPress, the website also gives the Marley Homes team a flexible platform from which new developments, plots, imagery and information can be introduced as the business grows.
